Since opening MIKKON Construction Company, Inc. in October 1988, Mike
Konvicka’s
business has been the construction of single family homes in Powhatan, Virginia. MIKKON
builds eight to ten homes each year, which allows him to closely supervise
all construction activity daily.
Mike has tremendous pride in the product that he puts his name on and he continually
strives to provide the highest level of service to my customers before, during
and after the construction of their homes.
It is important that we are able to build a relationship of trust and respect
with each client from the first meeting. Working one on one with each homeowner
from the inception of a plan to the move in date, our goal is to make each
buyer feel good about the building experience. Mike makes sure that he is easily
accessible to each homeowner and available to meet regularly with them to review
the construction progress.
