Many prime, two-acre homesites are now available in Greywalls, each assigned to one of our six approved builders. The Architectural Standards & Community Covenants of Greywalls have been carefully crafted to ensure the integrity of the community, while providing maximum flexibility to our residents. These covenants go beyond the Powhatan County ordinances by controlling architecture through the establishment of an Architectural Review Board who will approve all structures to confirm that they meet the community's guidelines. This board is comprised of three members - J.K.Timmons and E.C. Autry, associated with the Reed's Landing Corporation, and Jeff Timmons, as a certified Architect.
